Orchard Mower - Front Rollers

Tough, large diameter rollers

• Large rollers prevent scalping on rougher terrain, and don't form tracks in orchard rows that are mowed regularly. The narrow width reduces the flattening effect on the grass giving you a better quality cut.

• The large diameter also reduces bearing operating speed and keeps the bearings and housings further away from the ground with the domed roller ends preventing scuffing on tight turns.

• Height adjustment is simple and progresses in 12mm increments.

• Heavy duty bearings are standard in all rollers that boast a black oxide finish for corrosion resistance, and better sealing resistance than standard bearings. Heavy pressed steel bearing caps are then fitted over the bearing to keep grass and litter away from the bearings.

• At the end of the roller, the roller has a steel labryinth overlap to keep material from wrapping around the end shafts and destroying the bearing.
